Million Dollar Swing Traders provides options trading signal alerts, market commentary, and educational content via a private Discord server and website. All content is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute investment advice.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using our services, you represent that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Subscriptions are billed monthly starting on the date of signup. A valid credit card is required. Your card is charged immediately upon checkout. There is no free trial period — access to the service begins as soon as payment is confirmed.
All subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
You agree not to: (a) share, redistribute, or resell any signals or content from our service; (b) use our content for commercial purposes without written consent; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape our platform; (d) share your account credentials with others; (e) post our signals in public forums, social media, or other trading communities.
All content on milliondollarswingtraders.com — including signals, trade commentary, graphics, and educational materials — is the property of Million Dollar Swing Traders and its operators. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any signals or content. We do not guarantee any specific trading outcomes or profits.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Million Dollar Swing Traders and its operators shall not be liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the current subscription period.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Texas.
